Today, I start off the posts in hopes of reaching out to people like me. Few things describe us. Maybe not in the specific order. We are people who like to stay informed. People who care about our health and what we put into our bodies. We are people with open hearts. People who care about others and our environment. We are people who do not want to sit and do nothing. We want to make change. We want to be better. We want to be our best. People who have the urge to change the world for the better.
