Are you feeling tired?

Minerals. IRON.

Minerals, together with vitamins, play a direct role in the functions of growth, development, and maintenance of the body. Lets look at iron.

Iron helps growth. It also prevents fatigue. Iron is important for preventing and curing anemia.

Iron is essential for the production of hemoglobin in the blood. It needs Vitamin C, copper and manganese to be present so that it can be assimilated by the body. If you are taking supplements and want them absorbed in your body without going to waste make sure the supplement has iron together with Vitamin C, copper and manganese.

Women need more iron than men do.

A pregnant or nursing woman requires more: 30 to 60 mg.
RDA: 10 mg. for Men. 18 mg. for Women.
